In the Loop

The American president and British Prime Minister feel like a war. But not all agree that war is a good thing. The U.S. General Miller does not believe it, nor the British Secretary of State for International Development, Simon Foster. But after Simon accidentally backs military action on TV, he suddenly has a lot of friends in Washington, DC. If Simon can get in with the correct DC people, if his surroundings by sleeping with the proper apprenticeship, and if they can stop the prime minister supreme spin doctor Malcolm Tucker rigging the vote in the UN, they can stop the war. If they do not ... well, they can always fire their Director of Communications Judy, who they never liked anyway, and who's home dealing with voters with blocked drains and a man who is angry about a collapsing wall.
